No answer - next step

I submitted a problem on 6-24-03 and no one has been able
to help me. Does anyone know where else I take this
problem for resolution? Is their another area in
Microsoft that might help me?

Word XP opens documents created in Word 2000. Document
contains a Text Form Field that should put in the current
date. It puts the wrong date in; the computer's calendar
and clock are correct. Unlocking the fields and F9 do
update the field, but needs to be done everytime the
document is opened. Is there any blanket fix to this? I
am talking about a large number of documents that have
this fixed Text Form Field.

Add the update macro code from
http://www.gmayor.dsl.pipex.com/installing_macro.htm to a toolbar button and
click to update the fields in your document.
