We have a new computer with no address bar. Dell support
has tried to help, but numerous efforts have failed. The
next step would be to completely reload the whole
processing package again. They warned us this might cause
problems so I don't want to take the chance.
Has this happenedto anyone else? It IS a brand NEW
computer! Any solutions? Address bar is kind of handy to
have.

Hi,

Have you tried the following:

1) Open Internet Explorer.
2) Click on "View", then toolbars.
3) Click on 'Address Bar".

Alternatively, press 'F11' to exit Kiosk mode if you entered it by mistake.

As mentioned by Alan Edwards, if you only see a small bit of the address bar
(usually the name), try stretching it out.

Regards,

Altrus
