No address bar, no back button, no menu - help

Hello,
On my IE, I have no address bar, no back button, no menus,
and all other functionality that appear on these sames
lines. These options disappeared and I can not get them
back. I have downloaded version 6, which is a complete
reinstall of IE and these items are still not showing.
How can I get my IE functionality back?

Look in View->Toolbar->Customize and see if you can "add"
the missing items.
 
The problem is that I don't even have view, I have nothing
on any of the lines. No menu options, nothing. Seems to
be the strangest thing that no one has ever encountered
before.

Try pressing F11.
