No account info to login in

Hi,

I have no any info of the user accounts to login into my
computer at home. I deleted one account I used before
falsely. The guest account was deleted too. The
administrator account requires pw. The A floppy drive
doesn't work.The operating system is Win2000 Pro
(Chinese).The computer is Compaq Presario 5000. How can I
turn on the computer? Any suggestion is appreciated.
