I keep getting this pop up window telling me "this application has failed to
start because the NETSH.EXE was not found. Re-installing the application may
fix this problem." I went to microsoft and tried to find the file. After
downloading it said this was a troubleshooting text file. I also tried
loading a new version of network magic since it also refered to that.

Any suggestions?

You probably have ETrust from CA Virus Protection installed. One of their
updates went bad last week and it quarantined a number of Windows system
files. Your best bet is to open the CA Anti-Virus panel and restore the
quarantined files.
 
I've got this same problem without CA Virus Protection. I have Norton 360
which can't do a full scan because of this. Any other suggestions?
