I have a pc with windows/xp home edition installed in Dutch-Belgium
(pre-installed nls version)
Is there a possibility, without formatting and re-install, to get to
english version of xp/home ?

Hi Guy,

You cannot upgrade to a different language version of XP, nor can you
perform a full install over top of the existing language version without
performing a clean install.

If you have (or are willing to purchase and install) a second hard drive, or
if you have an empty partition on a single hard drive, you could perform a
clean install of the alternate language version, creating a dual-boot
configuration.
