*.NLS files removed from SYSTEM32 folder, now replaced. Now windows hangs bootin

Hi I removed a bunch of files ending with .NLS from the
system32 folder inorder to solver a problem and when I
rebooted I received missing file error. So I used NTFSPRO
to replace the missing files and now when I reboot it
hangs during start up. Is there any fix because the CD
that came with my Toshiba Laptop only allows for the
reformatting of the drive not loading new XP over old XP
and I have a lot of important info to save.
Help please?
