.nk2 will not update

Nk2 file is not updating as users enter e-mail addresses.

I've eliminated "size" (1000 addresses or more) as an issue
I've had a user start with a fresh .nk2

I can replicate the issue if I don't close Outlook before closing or logging
off of Windows. This seems to indicate that the NK2 updates on Outlook's
exit?

But wait...

I had someone test this on another domain, set up like ours. Tested several
workstations and Outlook updates as soon as the e-mail is sent successfullly.
Didn't find anything in the MSKB. Help. Sincerely, Flummoxed in L.A.
