nk2 file or auto fill in

I am having problem with the auto complete or auto fill in
in Outlook. Whenever i entered an email address wrong it
is memorized in nk2 file. I tried to delete the bad email
address by hitting the DEL key but then it will come up on
the suggest email list next time when you open Outlook.
Does anybody know how to read the nk2 file or its
structure? Thanks in advance for any help.
