Auto complete missing entries

Can anybody shed light on this? I have a new computer with Outlook 2007. I
copied my NK2 file from the old computer using 2003 and my auto-complete
names showed up beautifully - for a while. Then some of them just simply
stopped showing up. So I re-copied the NK2 file and they started showing up
again. Then they stopped again, I copied it AGAIN and it worked for a while.
Until today. And, voila, some of them have disappeared AGAIN!

What the heck is going on?

Expected behavior. Autocompletion is a very anemic feature that almost never
works well because Outlook sporadically loses its ability to write to the
autocompletion cache correctly. We have been unable to convince Microsoft
they should address this issue. Open a support incident. Perhaps you can get
their attention. We can't.

I have had it work beautifully on my last 2 computers - this is the first
time I have had this problem - it may be because of Outlook 2007?

It is a problem in all versions.
