NiMP Error

Hi,

I am trying to use this program NiPMP 2.9. I get the follwoing error message MSCOMCTL.OCX. Does any one know how fix this problem, this is on the system in my sig.

This is the full message 'Component MSCOMCTL.OCX or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid'

Quite simply the "program" has been badly written for Vista ... they should not try and "guess" that a part-of-the-program is on your system, or not.

Try registering the missing package ...

regsvr32 ocxname.ocx

... if that don't work, contact the program makers and ask for the whole program or your money back. :D

Could be Vista don't use that ocx ... it is visual basic by the way.
