BTW Henk, your Google search appears to be incorrect. It seems to search
the whole of Google, rather than just your site. For an example of a
correctly-working, version, you can see my home page:

Offhand, I can't find the page on Google that generated the form for me
- so you're probably as well hacking the source that you see on my home
page.
