NHL 2003 problem

Game worked fine under Win 98, just upgraded to XP and
now it crashes during gameplay. ATI and EA sports both
say it's not their problem...i'm really at a loss here.
The only thing that's changed is th OS. I've tried using
newest drivers and that dodn't help, went back to the old
drivers, same thing. Even tried a different system
running XP, same issue.

I have NHL 2003 on my Windows XP system with an nVidia TNT2 M64 Pro video
card. But, I don't have any game play issues - might just be something
different about your system

Could you post error messages, extra info, etc... maybe we can find a
solution with the extra info!

Also, are you using any game pads to play the hockey game?

I dunno, dude. I have XP, and NHL 2003 works fine for me.

I'm using a Gravis Gamepad Pro to play.
This error used to happen on my Win 98 system, but a
patch from ATI fixed it. Now i'm lost. I've tried
everything EA has suggested, same thing, it just stops
working. and since the only thing different is the OS
now, I'm sure it's an XP issue, just can't figure out
what.
