[Outlook 2003 Novice]

I know how/where to view newsgroups in Outlook
Express.... can I set up Outlook similar? Can I read
newsgroups the same way in Outlook?

Outlook does not read news groups. It calls OE for that task.

Outlook cannot read newsgroups out-of-the-box, but it can with the help
of a 3rd party "add-in".

My company sells such an add-in called "NewsHound". You can find more
