Newsgroup Setup

I try to download the newsgroups names, but when the
process is finally finished, I get an error message the
nothing matches the filter criteria. But the filter is
turned off.

What am I doing wrong?

How did you get that far?
Earlier I was asking how to access newsgroups from Outlook, and I was
advised that Outlook does not support newsgroup and it has to be done using
OE

So is he, which is why he needs to ask this question in an OE group, not an
Outlook group.
