News in outlook2003 opens a map in explorer

Hi,

In outlook 2003, I've added News to Image (Beeld in dutch). Now, when I
select Image | News, explorer opens with a map: Program Files\Common
Files\SYSTEM\MSMAP\1043.

Very nice, but I want outlook express to be opened.

What is wrong and how can I solve this?

Although we can do this in Dutch now...
