Trevor

I posted a request for help on the "help & support" group
yesterday and now its not available . Any one know why?

Hi Trevor

I can't find your posting - could be due to a number of reasons - some of mine go 'walk-about' as well. I normally re-post. What is the problem that you have with Help and Support?

Since yesterday, I've also been getting "newsgroup not
available" messages when I try to click on various forums
here - ex. this AM - Security, General Security Discussion
in addition to several more. I don't know what's going
on.

Trevor, I noticed that the groups were out of service myself. I have seen
this problem go on for up to 36 hours in the past. Meanwhile, take a few
minutes and
join the OE newsreader crowd! It is very user-friendly, with great "bells
and whistles." You will never believe that you put up with what you now use!
Empower yourself today!

You would get on much better using OE;
if you go to http://support.microsoft.com, follow the link on 'Post to
news groups' to
http://support.microsoft.com/newsgroups/default.aspx
and follow through there to Outlook Express and its TELL ME HOW, you get
to a comprehensive tutorial
