I had "news" under my "Go" menu. Now it is gone. How do I get it back?
I already tried the Customize Tool Bars way, "News" it not listed under "Go"
anymore.

Any suggestions?

To get the News command back, go back to the Programs tab in Control Panel |
Internet Options and change the default newsreader to Outlook Express. If
OE prompts you to make it your default newsreader the next time you launch
it, clear the "Always perform this check..." box and then click the No
button.

I had a problem where the News button was there in my Outlook 2003, but when
clicked it took me to the
C:\Program Files\Common Files\SYSTEM\MSMAPI\1033
directory instead of launching Outlook Express.

This same fix (Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Programs then setting OE
to be the default Newsgroup reader) also corrected my problem.

Thanks Russ!
