Hi there:

Send a spyware report to MS about the item(s): A) Open
up AntiSpyware, B) Click Tools at the top, C)
Click "Submit a Suspected Spyware Report"

Other posts regarding NewDotNet seem to indicate that
Ccleaner, to fully clean out the temp files, and
LavaSoft's Adaware SE will remove this for you.

Run MSAS twice in full scan mode: On the Scan Page,
choose Scan Options > Full System Scan.

Also, there is a removal procedure at
http://www.newdotnet.com/removal.html

Hope this helps,

For some reason AntiSpy forgets to remove some entries for
this pest.

If you get HijackThis.exe from
http://tomcoyote.org/hjt/hjt199//HijackThis.exe

Save it to C:\hjt (new folder) then Open it and Scan Only
you will see an 010 entry for it. It's best to remove 010
entries with lspfix.exe from:

http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm

Open it, click on "I know What I am Doing" and move just
the entries that have newnet in their name to the right
hand pane and then click Finish.

Rerun Hijack and verify that it now comes up clean. Scan
and Save Log. Note where you saved the log then
send it to me as an attachment and I will double check it
for you.
