    Hi my name is Paul I am Welsh but live in Hants UK:( still cant have everything. I work with computers but allways learning new things.

    It's a lot of reading, 'tis all the reading I do.

    There is a wide knowledge base of people here, non of us will ever know it all, but were are pretty good at combining the knowledge AND sharing it out.

    You can learn very quickly from your own mistakes, the trick there is;
    • don't repeat the mistakes
    • make sure you back it up first
    • do not be afraid to ask any questions (we can't see you ;) )
    • read a lot
