Hi All

Just setup RAS on a SBS2000 computer and client connecting from AOL.

Can access Exchange and print to any of the printers but can't browse the
network. I noticed the IP address given to this computer is OK but the
submask is 255.255.255.255, the rest of computers on the LAN are normally
255.255.255.0 is this the problem? How do you cure this?

Cheers
Paul

No, that is correct and isn't your problem.

Browsing depends on broadcasts, and broadcasts don't cross a dialup link.
You will probably be able to browse the LAN if the LAN is running WINS.
Otherwise, the remote client can't find the browse master to get a browse
list.
