This is the temporary location of my website until my domain name
registration comes through. The first problem is obvious when going to the
site. The site displays fine when previewing the local copy my hard drive.
I uploaded all the associated .jpg and .gif files and checked the
capitalization scheme but no images are coming up for my navigation buttons.
Second, on each page that has a form (e.g. the special order page) bracketed
text stating [FrontPage Save Results Component] precedes each form but is
not part of the input for those pages. This was also displayed when
previewing the site in my browser from the local copy of the site (but not
displayed in the preview within Frontpage) but I thought it was because I
did not have server extensions installed on my computer. Finally, I have
submitted test information into the forms which should have been emailed but
no email was received.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Andrea

Other information

1. I uploaded the site file by file because FTP through Frontpage is not
available until my domain name is finalized. I double checked side by side
that all image files were updated and in the images folder

Andrea: Site took almost 1.2 minutes to load. Also, forms won't work as you
do not have FP extensions installed.

And if you FTP'd the files (or used a host tool for uploading your web) you need also upload the _derived and _themes folders

Follow up questions:

The webhost claims to have FP server extensions installed. I uploading
using the host upload tool because I can not publish with FP until my domain
name is finalized. Stefan mentioned two folders that needed be uploaded
that are not appearing on my folder list. I am using FP2002 any idea where
the folders are located?

Thanks in advance again for any help.

As far as the load time, FP indicates a load time of 16 seconds, can you
think of any reason why there would be such a huge discrepancy?

The _derived and _themes folders are hidden folders
Tools Web/Site Setting Advanced - show hidden files

By FTPing you have corrupted the FP SE on your site
Have them reapplied by you host after your domain name is finalized and use File Publish Web/Site

The domain is active now, the navigation bars are now working properly but I
am still having the problem with the forms.

I published it to my hard drive I get the same error on computers with the
FP servers installed. So it is an error it the coding I have done. Any
help is appreciated.

The form will not work locally, and if the form has an email address, and does work once publish to
the remote server that has the extensions, then the host has not configured the extensions to
process email, and you will need to contact them.

Are you a spammer? hostingprod.com are a notorious spam gang that
use yahoo net space. See:
http://makeashorterlink.com/?S2A252A08

I get spammed by these crooks pretty much every day. Yahoo ignore
spam complaints so are a party to this illegal spamming. Why didn't
you go to a legitimate hosting company instead of these brazen
spammers? I suggest you get a refund of any fees paid to them and tell
them you don't want to be a party to a spam operation.
