Nope. Open a contact who sends you email. Click the Activities tab. Wait a few seconds for the search to complete and you see all the mail that person sent you.

Thanks so much! But maybe I am confused. Isn't this really just creating a folder to keep all the emails in? I think what you are saying is, if I have 150 contacts and I want to keep 1 email from each contact, I need to create a local folder for each contact. Correct? This is what I was trying to avoid. Maybe I am confused....

Create a contact for the sender then look on the activities tab of the contact. You can also assign one or more contacts using View, Options dialog.

Hi,
I have Office 2003 and I have a question about Outlook. Is there a way to attach an incoming email to a contact like you can in ACT! I want to try to avoid making a folder and just attach it to the contact. Thank you!
