My new computer is not set to have names automatically appear in the send to
in Outlook 2003 when the name is listed in Contacts...I know there is a
setting somewhere and I know the shortcut to is is ALT K but I cannot find
the setting and I send many emails.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks.

If you are talking about Auto-complete, you must have "suggest names" turned on and the feature will work once you have sent an email to that contact.

To cheat, select all of your contacts with email addresses and open a new message. Once the names are in the TO field, use Alt+K to resolve them. Then delete the email.
