Newbie looking for a defragger

Could do with some advice on a good defragger for XP home. Any help would be

The defragger that comes with XP is quite good. Have you tried it yet?

The built in defragger works fine. I tried and did not like O&O Defrag.
Diskeeper Lite is OK but it is "nagware" and requires signup.

Best bet is the built in one; have both NTFS and FAT disks; defrags them
both.
