[newbie] How to list files from another machine?

Hi folks,

I have to create a simple proof of concept application on a pocket pc 2003
that will list files of a specific type from a server and allow the user to
select and playback (sound files) on a pocket pc (wi-fi and bluetooth
capable)?

It demonstrates how to share photos between desktop and pocketpc using
WebServices. The same technique can be applied to sound files.
