I'm putting together a presentation, and need the following:
(1) Each of 4 slides contains an audio clip that begins playing when the
slide shows, and at the end of the audio clip, the presentation
automatically forwards to the next slide (and starts the next audio clip)
(2) Within each slide, I need to (simultaneously with the start of the
audio) begin a series of timed animations, e.g. several text boxes
dissolving into view at approximately 5-6 second intervals. The appearance
of the text boxes does /not/ have to be synchronized with specific sections
of the audio
What I've done so far (and then, where I'm stuck):
* I set slide transitions at 5 sceonds (shorter than the audio clip)
* I used Insert/Sound/From File to embed my audio (.wav files)
* I set the multimedia settings to "pause slideshow until clip is finished",
which was how I achieved a seamless transition between the slides...but that
is what is keeping my other animation from happening... so....
What is the "best" way to set this up?
Thanks!
