I have one ou and about 30 users and 4 different policies ( accounting, sales )
How do i asign the right policy to the right user.

Vic,

Besides linking to OUs, as Pro mentions, there are also some other
mechanisms which allow you a high degree of control over which policies
apply to which users/computers, including security filtering and WMI
filtering. You might find this white paper helpful:
