Hi

I have GSM modem plugged to PC by USB port. I would like to get driver
signing for my device: usb drivers, modem driver. How to do it? How much can
it costs?

You should start by going to the WHQL Modem homepage at
http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/hwtest/device/default.mspx?area=modem
All tests and documentation can be found from this page.

Also if you intend to submit your test logs to qualify for the "Designed for
Windows" Logo, be sure to establish an account with the Windows Hardware
Online Services in advance.
