Hi All
Hope this don't sound to stupid.
How long till a person can walk in a retail store like walmart and buy XP
Pro with SP2 on it.
Wouldn't think it would be to long.

The stores will "sell through" their existing stock, so each store will be
different.

Depends an awful lot on how often the store turns their stock, and how much
they have in stock to get rid of. Also how much whoever THEY buy from has in
stock. Now way of telling for individual stores. If they have a quick
turnaround and nothing in stock, SP2 should appear very soon. If they've got
months worth of software in stock, it will be a long time.
