new workbooks

I have a user that when she opened a new workbook it opened as a seperate
workbook so she could flick between them now when she opens a new workbook
it opens in the same workbook.

Hope this is not too confusing!

Is there a setting somewhere that open workbooks as seperate workbooks

goto 'Tools - Options - General' and check 'Windows in taskbar'
