new window will not work

hi,

If anyone has any idea how to correct the problem below I
would greatly appreciate it.

Whenever I click on a link that opens a new window and/or
whenever I use the right click option to open a site in a
new window, the webpage will not load in the new window.
There is no message at all. The new window opens up but
is completely blank (kind of freezes). Any ideas on how
to fix this?
