New video card

I need help installing a new video card on my Pc. The
first step is to remove the current display drive using
the add/remove icon in the control panel. then remove the
VGA card. I'm lost please help.

You've stated pretty clearly what needs to be done. Then you put in the new
card, restart the computer, load the new drivers.

If this is something you need more help with, you might want to have a
friend come over who knows a bit about computers. It's pretty easy to do,
but if you're already lost, you're going to be in bad shape if things go
wrong somehow.
