New Version

No matter what I do, I can never get the new version and my
old version has expired. Is there any other way/site to get
the new version?

In control panel, Internet Options, empty your Temporary Internet Files.
Then try downloading a fresh copy of the installer by following the download
links from http://www.microsoft.com/spyware/
