CPU=Central Processung Unit, i.e. the microprocessor
inside your PC. You can't really connect users to CPUs,
and your question is rather unclear:
- Do you want to connect another PC to your own PC?
- Do you want to let another user log on to your PC?
- Do you want to enable a user on a different PC to
access files on your own PC?
