New User Set up

My computer has only been used by me and only has one logon. I'm passing my
computer to different person. I need to set them up (new user) as the only
user and the default when windows loads.

I don't want to format and reload W2K. I know how to create another user,
but not sure how to make that person the default for logins and not sure how
to remove my current profile.

You can run regedit, then drill down to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
and edit the string values below with the new user name and password.
