new user, plz help!

i have got a new laptop and i am trying to set up an account to use on
windows mail, but i dont know which servers i need to use and how do i set it
up on windows mail. plz help.
 
Your email account provider should have a help page on their website with
the correct email server settings.

Once you get them, click on Tools - Accounts - Add..
