new user added with no internet connection

Hi...and I hope someone can help me. I have broadband cable and am
trying to add new users for my children. Problem is after creating the
new user etc and logging in to their a/c..they are without internet
connection. They can do everything else but surf the net. Why is this
happening??....Ihave tried opening them as administrators and limited
users but theres no difference. please can someone explain in pretty
simple step by step instructions....being only fairly new at this pc
stuff I am finding all the terminology a bit much. Thank you .
