New user account

Can anybody tell me why i have a new user account appeared on my
computer. its on there as "the one" , it also had a password but i was
able to delete the account. could i have been hacked?

"Hacked' is a pretty strong accusation.
Anyone else able to get to your computer where ever it might be?
Install anything lately?

"Hacked" was not meant to be a strong accusation and sorry for my
ignorance for the terminology!! there isnt anybody else who can get
to it and no i havnt installed anything recently
 
Have you done a FULL Virus Scan?
