User Accounts/Password Recovery

I decided to sit down at my computer and have some fun in the command prompt.
I looked up on the internet how to add accounts through the command prompt. I
decided to be tricky and try it.
Well... when I typed in the command, it successfully created the account. It
even had the password that I specified. But something else happened. All of
the other accounts, including my admin account and my family account ,
strangely got passwords set that are different than before. The family
account did not even have a password originally, but it got one set anyway.
Could someone give me some type of solution to either find out what those
passwords are or completely restart the system and start from scratch?
I copied the script I wrote in the command prompt that caused the problem
below.

NET USER john johnno1 /ADD

The user I was trying to make was called "john". The password was "johnno1"
Im trying to figure out how this affected all of the accounts.

Note that I am currently on the account above. It is a limited account and I
have no access to any of the administrator priveleges, including password
changing and user creation. I only noticed the sudden password change when I
logged off and checked to see if I was successful in making a new user.
I am looking for a solution to finding the strange new password. But I will
also be happy with instructions of how to safely format the computer without
damaging the computer.

Go to http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/ and download the boot
disk, this will enable you to reset any system password on an NT class
operating system.
