New Update messed things up?

i got the service pack 2 update or whatever it is called.... and everything
is fine...

the only problem i see is MAJOR.... all my fonts are tiny.. and all my icons
are tiny... and if i maximize a window... the box gets big like it used to...
but the website or whatever it is stays small......

is there an option somewhere that can help?

microsoft have kept the rights to modify windows.....................
so before using, you need to study it..............................
