New to Windows Vista/What is product key? How can I open OneNote d

Hello, I am having an annoying popup with Product key code or something and I
dont know it. I go to help and I cant figure it out. Also, Im trying to open
a new OneNote doc and the Product key popup keeps coming and not only that
but I am not being able to open a new Note, I can only look at tips and cool
instructions that I cant apply becausee the new not is not opening! Please
help!!
 
The product key is a 25 digit number that tells the program that you are
allowed to use it. You need to read the box carefully and it will tell you
which key it wants.
