New to Windows Mail - Pls Help! :)

I thought I entered everything like they said to do in the instructions, but
I'm still getting this error msg:

Account: 'yahoo accounts', Server: 'pop.mail.yahoo.com', Protocol: POP3,
Server Response: '-ERR popgate unknown command', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No,
Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC18

What have I done wrong? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Are you paying extra for your Yahoo account to make it work under
such programs as Windows Mail? You have to either do this or
install YPOPs to make such a connection work.
