send and recive error

Hi
I got this error as i want to send and recive my emails via yahoo server .
what should I do?

Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC18

If you pay for the Plus account, you need to use the server names and port
settings as listed here...

That error is usually caused by the following setting:
Go to Tools, Accounts, select that mail account, Properties, Servers.
Uncheck the box for "Log on using Secure Password Authentication."

However, your mail server names may not be correct either, depending
on what type of Yahoo account you have. See the URL link Dave gave you.
