new to outlook

I'm migrating from OE to Outlook 2007 and having issues with views.

Is there a way to setup your views/screen and save it as a style or
similar?

Assuming I can save the style can I pass it to other users and get
their screens to look the same?

you can create custom views - sharing them with other users is hard,
especially if you don't use exchange.
