New to FP - PLEASE HELP!

I am a new user of FP and i am using a theme template to create my church
site. How can i add buttons to my website on the left hand side of the
template and also i am wanting to add my church calendar from another
website...i want it to be embedded in the site not hyperlinked (where the
viewer has to click a link) to get to it...i want it to show when they click
on that page.

I really need a few minutes of someones time that would be willing to assist
me in this.

At your level you should create your site using one of the FP New Web Templates
File New Site (try the Personal Web Site)
- you can File Import your calendar page from your other site
OR
Create your pages in your FP site and then add them to your Navigation View
(drag them from Folder List onto the Navigation View under your home page)
Next Apply the navigation to your site pages using Format Shared Borders
(select left and navigation)
