new to Access and Macros

I have a total of four tables and four forms. I wrote a query that joins all
of the the data to one large table. Each time someone enters a new form, I
would like it to update the table. Is there a macro I could use to have this
done or is there another way.

Also, any help please give all the details, as I am still trying to learn.

It is very unlikely that it is a correct design to be updating data into
a query that includes 4 tables.

Can you please post back with some details of what the 4 tables are, and
what is the relationship between them? And also, see if you can find
the SQL view of the query, and copy/paste that into your reply as well.
