New Spyware Beta Program

I see that the new spyware beta program is only for
certain window programs. I have computers that run on 98
and ME. Will this spyware program be able to be used for
these Window programs as well???

The current beta build is only for Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows
Server 2003.

However, a good deal of the advice and third party utilities referenced at
