New SP2 download!!!

Does any one know if there is any difference in the new version of SP2
(266 mb) released on 20th Jan 2006?

It is not new, it is the same Service Pack 2.
If it was new, it would be renamed something like Windows XP Service Pack
2a.
There would also be a lot of talk about it.
It is either a mistake or a date change for an unknown reason.
