New Security Hardware

In the control Panel/Systems/Hardware/Device Manager I have the yellow
question mark on Other Devices, then a yellow exclamation mark on (sub
Device)Security Devices. I can not find what device this is, I have tried to
install new driver using the motherboard disk, but no luck.
It indicates I have new hardware on Startup, but I do not. I thought it was
my network adapter, but it seems fine.
How do I find what this hardware is?
I can not get on the internet since this started, is this a clue.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Tracxin it down further, it indicates the hatrdware is SymEvent, anyone know
what this is?
